MRI Technologist, CT Technologist

Provides diagnostic imaging services to patients using various imaging modalities. Ensures accurate image acquisition, patient safety, and optimal patient care. Prioritizes patient education, explaining procedures, equipment, and exams clearly to ensure understanding and cooperation. Performs MRI procedures in accordance with protocols. Demonstrates advanced knowledge in radiographic procedures including X-ray and Fluoroscopy. Practices radiation safety, adhering to standards. Operates equipment consistent with manufacturer recommendations. Troubleshoots equipment problems and independently calls a service engineer if needed. Maintains accurate patient records, including charging for procedures and supplies. May perform other functions as required. Demonstrates flexibility by assisting in other modalities and adjusting schedules. Obtains additional training or certification as needed. Assists with clerical duties, phone reception, and patient transportation as required. Trains or cross-trains imaging staff members as directed. Must be self-motivated, use independent judgment, and work with minimum supervision. Orders, stocks, and maintains supply inventory. Demonstrates full commitment to organizational values and represents the organization professionally. Establishes and maintains effective communication, fostering positive relationships with patients and staff. Adheres to attire and dress code policies. Exhibits initiative and self-motivation. Completes all required annual education and training. Maintains strict patient confidentiality. Reports to work punctually and completes duties within established timeframes. Contributes to performance improvement and quality initiatives. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements. Follows all infection control, safety, and risk management procedures.
