Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

$27–$32/hour

Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a team-oriented clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, increase strength, and regain confidence through personalized therapy care.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of the supervising PT
• Assist residents with mobility training, balance activities, therapeutic exercises, and transfer techniques
• Support rehabilitation goals focused on safety, endurance, and functional independence
• Observe resident progress and communicate updates with the rehab team
• Maintain organized and accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
