Job Overview As a key member of the People Consulting team focusing on Organizational Design, you will optimize workforce, talent, and mobility strategies. Your role will be vital in future-proofing operations, designing and influencing operating models to meet strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale organizational design projects, ensuring effective planning, resource management, and budget oversight. Utilize organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and change management to enhance business performance and navigate complex transformations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing insightful solutions that integrate organizational structure with agile ways of working. Contribute to revenue growth by identifying additional engagement opportunities and fostering lasting client relationships. Coach and mentor team members, promoting collaboration and inclusivity within the team. Engage with clients on digital asset utilization in organizational design, leveraging analytics for informed decision-making. To be successful in this role, you should possess: 6-9 years of relevant experience in Operating Model Development, Organizational Design, and Strategic Workforce Planning. A proven track record in leading organizational design initiatives across various functional domains such as supply chain, IT, and marketing. Excellent analytical skills with experience in managing large datasets and utilizing analytics to drive project outcomes. A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, human resources, or psychology. A willingness to travel as required, with the flexibility of a hybrid working environment.
