Your Role The Data Services team plays a vital role in architecting and delivering sophisticated data-driven solutions and products across the enterprise. As the Solution Design Lead, Consultant, you will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Portfolio Managers, Analytics teams, and Data Engineering specialists to craft innovative technical solutions that address the organization's data requirements. Your key responsibility will include driving data product development by designing and implementing cloud data lakes, data warehouses, and data mart solutions. Your Knowledge and Experience Possess a college degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in relevant fields. Demonstrated expertise in data management practices, including data modeling (data vault 2.0), master data management, data integration, data architecture, data virtualization, data warehousing, as well as data privacy and security. Hands‑on proficiency with SQL, Python, Collibra, Reltio Master Data Management, DBT Cloud, and DBT Core. Proficient in at least one or more NoSQL databases and platforms such as Snowflake, Synapse, or Databricks. Previous experience in data product management is crucial, including skills in creating roadmaps, translating business needs into technical stories, prioritizing features, and collaborating across diverse teams. Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and simplify complex technical concepts. Ability to lead and influence while ensuring data quality standards and delivering high-caliber data products is essential. Advanced expertise in designing solutions for large-scale data warehouses, with a solid understanding of both cluster and parallel architectures. Skilled in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, for effectively managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and aiding in agile development. Familiarity with source control and project management tools like Bitbucket, Git, and JIRA is important. Hybrid Work Model This role follows a hybrid workplace model requiring in-office presence for purposeful collaboration, typically involving two days in the office each week.
