Customer Service Representative - Call Center

Customer Service Representative Peopleshare has an opening with a beauty/makeup client for a Customer Service Representative in Runnemede, NJ. Candidates must have previous Customer Service Representative experience within a call center environment to be considered. Location: Runnemede, NJ 08078 Duration: 3 month contract-to-hire Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $19-21/hr The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for internal and external customers. Using excellent knowledge of our company's products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities Provide accurate information to process any incoming calls for a customer placing an order in a call center atmosphere. Update any customer changes associated with the account name, address, deliveries or shipping. Work directly with the credit/billing department answer questions or concerns regarding the customer's billing inquiries. Assist the customer with any UPS/FedEx shipping/tracking question or concerns Assist customers with any returns or order discrepancies. Record details and inform your manager of customers 'concerns regarding any shipping discrepancies lost/missing or damaged items. Provide customers with information about product knowledge, current promotions or inventory updates.
