Position Summary

As a Machine Operator , you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and safety . This role is ideal for individuals looking for entry-level to experienced manufacturing jobs in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Production Machine Operator , you will:

• Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Monitor equipment performance to ensure quality and efficiency standards

• Load materials and make basic machine adjustments as needed

• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality compliance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety policies and guidelines

• Report equipment issues, defects, or concerns to supervisors

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation preferred (not required)

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

Pay Details: $19.30 to $21.05 per hour
