Job Summary:
Seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment. This role ensures efficient production, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
Shift 7AM-5:30PM
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery per production orders and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper performance and identify issues
- Load raw materials and remove finished products
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, inspections)
- Record production data, including quantities and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Key Skills:
Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, quality focus, safety awareness
Qualifications:
- Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read basic work instructions, blueprints, or specifications
- Experience with hand tools and measuring devices preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
