Finishing Machine Operator

Baesman Group is hiring finishing machine operators to run equipment that completes printed productscutting, folding, inserting, and preparing jobs for final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and making sure the final product meets quality expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating finishing equipment (cutters, folders, inserters, etc.)
• Keeping production moving while meeting daily output goals
• Checking quality and making adjustments when something isn't right
• Tracking production and completing required documentation
• Helping reduce downtime by identifying and addressing issues early

You're the final step before the product reaches the customer. Your attention to detail ensures every job is completed correctly and on time.
