About the Position

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Step Down ICU Duration: 13-26 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1+ years of Critical Care experience required License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Must-Have: Trachs, vents, and drips experience Description: We are seeking an RN to support a 24/7 Step Down ICU unit. The nurse will work nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. Candidates should have experience with ACLS and EKG interpretation. Knowledge of managing trachs, vents, and drips is essential. Both ICU and Step Down positions are available. Weekend and holiday work is expected, with standard rotations in place. Requested time off will be considered, subject to approval. The unit typically has a patient ratio of 4-6:1. Standard nursing equipment will be used within the unit. The environment requires a team player dedicated to positive patient outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
