Onsite Patient Safety Monitor
CH_050 Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca, Inc.
Cayuga Health is seeking a Patient Safety Monitor to provide in-person, continuous observation of assigned patients in a trusted care setting. You will watch for patient attempts to leave bed, equipment interference, or unsafe behaviors, and alert the Nursing Team as needed.
The role requires high school graduation, strong observational abilities, and solid communication with patients and healthcare teams. This is an in-person position with variable shifts and a focus on patient safety and
