Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $23.46-$29.32/hour 
• Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm  
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Houston, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from initial planning through implementation while serving as the primary project advocate and point of communication
• Provide operational and project support, ensuring project scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and requirements are clearly understood and met
• Manage project resources and finances, including monitoring and reporting hours against budgets when applicable
• Lead working group meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes, while tracking and following up on action items
• Support proposal development, including project execution plans, estimates, compilation, and timely delivery
• Support the Growth team in achieving departmental goals and provide tactical assistance to implement growth strategies
• Track strategies within the growth business pipeline and develop monthly reports to communicate progress to the Chief Growth Officer
• Build and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships to support leadership and business objectives
• Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve pressing business issues while identifying potential solutions
• Train and assist lower-level employees as needed
• Support policies, procedures, workflows, and internal and external audits
• Contribute to departmental goals, process improvement initiatives, and the annual business plan, along with other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of coordination experience required; 4+ years preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments
• Ability to proactively identify challenges and communicate potential solutions to leadership
• Ability to provide training and support to lower-level employees
• Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and company policies
