Since its inception over ten years ago, TFC has grown client revenue over $500M through its expertise in e-commerce and lead generation. TFC has worked with clients both locally and nationally, including Mr. Hospitality (Queen Miami Beach, Marion), E11even, American Social, Raw Nutrition, Revive Supplements, Torch, Diamond CBD, USA Sports Medicine, and many more. Responsibilities Actively contribute to: Ad angles, hooks, and offers (not just overseeing) Email/SMS strategy and flows Identify and execute high-impact revenue levers: AOV increases Conversion rate improvements LTV expansion Test rapidly and iterate based on real performance data (not theory) Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable) Personally scaled at least one (ideally multiple) Shopify DTC brand from $0 to $100K+/month in revenue Direct ownership of strategy and execution (not just managing a team or reporting) Deep understanding of full funnel growth: On-site conversion optimization (PDP, bundles, upsells, AOV) Able to clearly break down: What you tested What worked/didn’t How they scaled profitably (not just revenue) Tools You've Worked With Meta ads manager Shopify (For analytics & Management) WordPress (For analytics & Management) Google Analytics Segmetrics/3rd Party Tracking Tools Asana Chatgpt Industries You're Experienced In Health and Wellness Sports Medicine Digital Marketing Hospitality/Restaurants Benefits Unlimited PTO 12 Paid Holidays Health Insurance Hybrid work environment Professional growth and development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr TFC Marketing
