The Good Feet Store is a specialty retail store committed to the health and wellness and quality of life improvement of our clients by selling Arch Support systems and specialty products tailored to our clients’ individual needs. At Feet First Partners, our Store Managers are also fully trained Certified Arch Support Specialists (2‑week paid training and certification provided). Our Store Manager not only plays an impactful role in assessing our clients’ needs, educating clients on the benefits of proper arch support, and recommending suitable products, but also in developing and leading a team to do the same. Competitive compensation: annual base salary between $70,000 and $80,000 plus a monthly store bonus based on performance (total compensation between $80,000 and $92,000). Responsibilities Consistently train and develop your team to meet both individual and store goals through personal mentorship and development. Give 100% to your team and clients every day, ensuring a rewarding, world‑class experience they’ll share with others. Analyze daily data and metrics to make business decisions that consistently drive sales. Educate customers on the benefits of proper arch support and recommend suitable products. Assist customers in trying out different products to ensure the perfect fit. Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships. Oversee all operations of the store, including inventory and managing client rotation. Change people’s lives two feet at a time. Requirements Have at least 1 year of experience generating new business, increasing sales, and meeting or exceeding goals. Have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a customer‑facing business. Enjoy being an active part of the sales rotation with your team. Foster and support a culture that is built around a diligent, empathetic approach to solving people’s problems. Lead by example and prefer to be on the field with the team rather than on the sidelines. Believe in and hold the team accountable to our Core Values, products, policies, and the ability to change peoples’ lives. Possess great communication (verbal & written), presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build quick rapport and speak professionally with confidence. Expert time‑management skills, setting realistic deadlines and following specific steps to reach time‑sensitive tasks and objectives. Basic computer and operating‑system skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, POS, etc.). Ability to work a fluctuating schedule that will require days, evenings, weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
