Cleaning and Restoration Technician

Voda Cleaning and RestorationWe are a new restoration company in Rochester backed by the national brand of Voda Cleaning and Restoration, and we're looking for motivated, hardworking technicians. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level and grow with the company as we scale. You'll work directly with ownership, gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the restoration and cleaning industry, and have the opportunity to advance quickly into specialized restoration roles. This is a hands-on field position. You'll be actively working on job sites daily helping customers through water, mold, fire/smoke, and specialty cleaning situations.What We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong work ethicReliable, accountable, and team-orientedComfortable with physical labor and active workdaysWillingness to learn and grow in the restoration industryComfortable working in customer-facing environmentsBasic comfort with technology, mobile apps, and documentationAbility to lift equipment and work in varying job site conditionsValid NYS driver's license requiredBackground checkPreferred (Not Required)1+ year of cleaning, restoration, construction, flooring, demolition, moving, maintenance, or other hands-on labor experienceIICRC Certifications (CCT, WRT, etc.)Experience with carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, or restoration workStartup Environment / Flexibility Expectations This is a full-time, guaranteed 40-hour-per-week position. As a startup operation, flexibility and a team-first mentality are extremely important during the early growth phase. In addition to restoration work, technicians may assist with carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, contents work, warehouse organization, equipment setup, vehicle organization, and other operational needs as the company grows.
