Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to support daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor communications, email management, and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and committed to maintaining accurate financial data. Key Responsibilities Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers, addressing payment and billing inquiries. Monitor and respond to accounting-related emails in a timely and professional manner. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or AP/AR. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and accounting software. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
