Pay: $16.00/hour + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We're looking for motivated, goal-oriented Sales Development Representatives to join our team selling home warranty plans. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll guide customers through the entire sales process—from building rapport and identifying their needs to presenting solutions and closing the sale.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial customer engagement through closing the sale.
• Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their home protection needs.
• Educate customers on the value and benefits of home warranty coverage.
• Present customized coverage options and confidently overcome objections.
• Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is preferred; call center or inside sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Ability to build trust and create value for customers.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.

Requirements :

• 1-2 years experience selling a product or service
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/G-Suite

Compensation :

• 40 hours of sick-time pay
• 40 hours of accrued paid-time-off
• Health Insurance option
• $16/hour + uncapped commissions. On-target earnings of $36,000–$$75,280.
