Job Title:  Tele Sales Representatives

Schedule: 8:00AM to 4:30PM or 8:30AM to 5PM including weekends* Their call center is open 7 days a week with weekend shifts between 8AM to 8PM. They rotate the weekend shifts amongst the entire temp team. 

About the Opportunity: 

The Government Telesales representative is responsible for selling and retaining government health plan members through the call center while ensuring full compliance with all CMS, state, and company requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Explaining Medicare and how Independent Health plans work
• Reviewing plan options, benefits, and any plan changes
• Answering questions about coverage, including prescription drugs and healthcare providers
• Helping determine whether doctors and medications are covered under Independent Health plans
• Completing enrollment applications over the phone

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required 
• Minimum of 1-year of customer service experience is required
