DutiesOversee government property, equipment, and supplies by tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, conducting annual inventories, and ensuring assets are properly received, assigned, and accounted for.Process purchase requests, receive and inspect deliveries, resolve shipment issues, and ensure equipment is properly documented, tagged, and ready for use.Manage GSA fleet activities and support mail, forms, supply, and property programs while maintaining records, reports, and required documentation.Maintain property records, investigate lost or damaged government property, coordinate transfers and disposal, and ensure all actions follow federal policies and procedures.Assist staff with ordering supplies and equipment, coordinate with departments and vendors, provide technical guidance, and perform other duties that support efficient Service Unit operations.
