CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Position based in Gallatin, TN. Candidates must be motivated, safety conscious individuals with good multi‑tasking skills to operate our Truck Scale system and take customer orders. Performs general clerical duties in accordance with established procedures, requiring some judgement in the selection and interpretation of data. Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, including Saturdays. Full-time Day Shift Hours: Monday- Friday from 6am-4pm and every other Saturday from 6am-12pm Location: RGI Sales Office in Gallatin, TN Wages: $20.00/hr Job Requirements Provide friendly, professional, and thorough customer service Answer customer calls Take and input customer orders Assist sales staff with customer service responsibilities May be called upon at the discretion of Managers to perform other duties Qualifications High school diploma required Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multi‑task Ability to work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills both oral and written Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insuranceplus Health Savings Account with annual company contribution.
