We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Overwrap Operator to join our manufacturing team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you'll operate overwrap equipment, support production goals, and ensure high-quality products are delivered safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Set up and operate overwrap equipment, including feeders, wrappers, scales, conveyor systems, and shrink wrap equipment. Review job jackets and production schedules to ensure accurate job setup and execution. Monitor machine performance to achieve production, quality, and efficiency goals. Troubleshoot routine machine issues and perform basic equipment adjustments. Conduct quality inspections throughout production runs to ensure products meet customer specifications. Record production results, downtime, and operational data in company systems. Monitor inventory and production supplies and communicate replenishment needs. Support team members to ensure efficient workflow and operational success. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of experience operating manufacturing or production equipment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred. Familiarity with automated production equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer skills and experience using production systems preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Experience working in an ISO-regulated environment is a plus.
