Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations across commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout. This individual will own site execution driving schedule, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, can manage multiple moving parts, and knows how to hold teams accountable to high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead day-to-day field operations from project start through closeout

- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to drive schedule and quality

- Manage project schedules, staffing, and material deliveries

- Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards

- Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on track

- Inspect work for quality and alignment with plans/specs

- Track field costs and communicate risks or changes to the PM

- Manage change orders and subcontractor pricing at the field level

- Submit daily reports and communicate project updates to leadership

Pay Range $65,000/yr to $90,000/yr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
