Part-time Accounting Clerk (20/hr, 20 hours per week)


Local retailer/installer is currently looking to add a part-time Accounting Clerk to their team. Position will work a flexible part-time schedule between the hours for 8am and 4pm M-F for approximately 20 hours per week. Position will process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, input them into SAGE, process payroll for a small team, process sales tax payments, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with accounting software and bookkeeping
• Candidates must be seeking at part-time position for next 2+ years minimum
• Processing Payroll for a small team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAGE (or other accounting software such as QuickBooks)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Position will pay $20 to start. Business is open Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm. Schedule is flexible for parents or candidates needing time off during the work week.
