Shifts: Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 10:30PM
Pay: $35-$40/hour depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on light and medium-duty paratransit vehicles
- Lead daily shop operations by prioritizing work orders and coordinating workflow
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to mechanics and technicians
- Ensure compliance with DOT, FTA, FMCSA and company safety standards
- Assist with training and onboarding of new technicians
- Monitor vehicle downtime, quality of repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules
- Partner with leadership to improve processes, efficiency, and fleet reliability
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of fleet, Ford, or GM mechanical experience
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- ASE certification(s)
- Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to delegate, coach, and support team members
Requirements:
- Valid MN Driver's License
- DOT Medical Certificate (can be obtained after offer is given)
- Be able to work independently and on a team
- Strong communication and leadership skills
