Role Description This full-time remote Analytics Manager role is responsible for leading data-driven initiatives that support strategic and operational decisions across Sigmax Media. The Analytics Manager will oversee the collection, validation, and analysis of data from multiple sources, creating reports and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include designing analytical frameworks, conducting statistical and trend analyses, and presenting findings to leadership and cross-functional teams. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and content teams to define key performance indicators, optimize campaigns, and improve audience understanding. The Analytics Manager will mentor team members, help refine analytics processes, and contribute to the selection and implementation of analytics tools and best practices.\n
Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in Analytics and Data Analytics to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.

• Proficiency in Statistics to perform rigorous analysis, modeling, and hypothesis testing that supports evidence-based decisions.

• Ability to create clear and compelling Data Visualization to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n
• Experience using modern analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar).
\n
• Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and support performance measurement for digital and media initiatives.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into concise recommendations.
\n
• Proven experience working in a remote environment, managing priorities, and collaborating across distributed teams.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.

• Prior experience in media, digital marketing, or a data-focused role is beneficial.
