You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points and alarm activity, help to deter incidents through a visible presence, and provide professional customer service. Using your communication and computer skills, you will support a secure, welcoming environment while working with a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 PM - 06:00 AMFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe the movement of employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific requirements. Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
