Guardian Tax is looking for motivated, competitive, and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our high-performing sales team. We provide the leads, training, tools, and support. You bring the drive.

Your performance directly impacts your paycheck. Our Account Executives have the opportunity to earn up to 15% commission , plus base pay and available performance incentives.
No Experience? We Train.
You don't need tax resolution experience to get started. Guardian Tax provides hands-on training, sales coaching, scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing support designed to help motivated people develop into successful Account Executives.

What You'll Do
- Handle warm inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns
- Speak with consumers seeking solutions to IRS and state tax problems
- Conduct professional phone consultations
- Identify each client's needs and recommend appropriate services
- Follow a proven sales process from consultation through close
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate client and sales information in our CRM
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

Sales experience is a plus — but not required.
