NSC Staffing is now hiring Commercial HVAC Service Mechanics in Fort Wayne, IN.
Pay: $40-45/hour
Duration: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure efficiency and longevity.
- Install new HVAC equipment and components as needed.
- Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, furnaces, and other related appliances.
- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with other service technicians to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or in a similar role within the field service industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb and weld when necessary.
