We will help you get here!!!!!!About the RoleWe have immediate openings for Automotive Service Technicians to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair tasks.Key Responsibilities:Perform efficient, high-quality repairs as outlined on repair orders.Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning.Use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and software to document and communicate repair needs, including video updates for customers.Test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs and diagnose further issues.Collaborate with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional services needed, providing time and cost estimates.Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications, including warranty work.Qualifications2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred (Volkswagen experience a huge plus)High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification requiredStrong skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repairExcellent mechanical and troubleshooting abilitiesProficiency in electronic diagnostic tools and basic computer systemsFriendly, positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvementTeam player with strong communication skillsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordCommitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environmentWhy Work with Us?At Kuhn Volkswagen, we believe in empowering our employees, recognizing top performance, and fostering a culture of respect and growth.
