Quality Inspector Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing inspections in a manufacturing or aerospace environment and be comfortable using precision measuring tools and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Use measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Document inspection results accurately
• Utilize basic computer programs including email, Microsoft Word, and beginner-level Excel functions such as filters
• Maintain quality standards and follow company procedures
• Support continuous improvement and team objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of inspection experience
• Proficient in blueprint reading
• Experience using micrometers and calipers
• Basic computer skills including email, Word, and introductory Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace inspection experience highly preferred but not required
• Medical instrument inspection experience is transferable and welcomed
