Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to engage with prospective members, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will educate customers on available health plan options, manage sales opportunities, complete enrollments, and maintain accurate records while meeting established sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective members via phone, email, and appointments to identify needs and present plan options
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and provide ongoing follow-up
• Maintain and manage a sales pipeline to achieve performance goals
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry in company systems
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with customers and partners
• Support process improvement initiatives and assist with special projects as needed
• Mentor new and temporary team members when required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a State Life & Health Insurance Producer License
• Completion of required insurance, Medicare, and compliance certifications upon hire
