This is a full time position, that offers salary, bonuses, benefits, and commissions. Opportunities for advancement are available if you excel in this role, you will be able to step up and lead and take on more responsibility within our agencies, and even work towards opening your own State Farm Agency one day if you desired. I have a proven track record of helping team members achieve success, and go on to open their own agency which has unlimited potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Work with the agency around marketing efforts to build and grow the agency
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
• Uncover insurance needs and provide solutions to help protect customers and their assets
• Help customers plan around finances and insurance

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
• Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
• Must be coachable, driven, self motivated, and responsible

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Our office is open 9:00-5:00.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
