Job Description Acknowledge and organize incoming requests in a timely and professional manner. Track, document, and follow up on assigned work items. Support accurate data entry, file maintenance, reporting, and spreadsheet updates. Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft tools to complete daily tasks. Communicate clearly with internal partners and team members regarding status, questions, or missing information. Engage in limited client contact as needed to gather information, provide status updates, or support issue resolution under team guidance. Follow established procedures, controls, and documentation standards. Escalate unclear requests, discrepancies, or potential issues to the appropriate team member or leader. Maintain confidentiality and handle information with professionalism and care. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong attention to detail with the ability to review information for accuracy and completeness. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and seek clarification when needed. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks or priorities. Dependable and able to meet deadlines in a production-focused environment. Comfort working with confidential or sensitive information. Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team expectations. Preferred Skills Experience in banking, treasury management, commercial payments, operations, or client service. Experience with shared mailboxes, service requests, case management tools, or workflow tracking systems. Background in documentation review or quality checks. Ability to identify process gaps, recurring issues, or efficiency opportunities. Comfort supporting high-volume or time-sensitive work. Success Factors Consistently accurate and complete work output. Clear and timely communication with the Specialty Services team and internal partners. Strong organization and reliable follow-up on pending items.
