HR Generalist – Bilingual Spanish Required

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping HR operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a bilingual English/Spanish HR Generalist to join our team and support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations.

What You’ll Do
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including candidate screening, interviews, pre-employment checks, job postings, and hiring events.
Build relationships with local schools, colleges, and community organizations to develop talent pipelines.
Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation.
Process weekly payroll and verify timekeeping, PTO, deductions, and payroll-related information.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS information.
Assist with employee training and development programs.
Support HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR policies.
Support attendance tracking and related employee counseling.
Assist with benefits, employee engagement activities, employment verifications, and unemployment claims.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of broad HR experience
Experience with recruiting and payroll
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
College degree in social sciences or equivalent experience/training preferred
Manufacturing or industrial HR experience is a plus
