Sales Operations Associate

Redaptive is seeking a driven, results‑oriented Sales Operations Associate to partner with sales leadership, sales executives, and BDRs to drive business cadence around lead generation, pipeline, and forecasting analytics. Redaptive is an Energy‑as‑a‑Service provider that funds and installs energy‑saving and energy‑generating equipment to help organizations reduce waste, lower costs, and meet sustainability goals. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee sales tooling & troubleshooting efforts for Sales Executives and BDRs (SFDC, Clari, HubSpot) Responsible for sales territory design and implementation Support sales origination and pipeline development data requests Focus on continuous improvement through data analysis, pipeline and lead management, deal optimization, communication, and reporting Partner with sales leadership, sales executives, and BDRs to drive the run‑the‑business cadence related to lead generation, pipeline, and forecasting analytics, and business trends and analysis Lead sales performance management analysis and reporting for pipeline management and execution against targets, including forecasting and quarterly and annual planning Other duties as assigned Required Abilities and Skills Standout communication skills: listening, presenting, training, and documenting Process improvement mindset Analytical, critical thinker, able to ask the right questions and frame a problem Superb understanding of sales team motivations and enterprise sales organizations Creative problem solver Ability to handle multiple priorities Excellent PowerPoint formatting skills Outstanding relationship and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders Reliable, responsive, driven Education and Experience 3+ years in a Sales Operations role (or business analytics), leveraging process data and customer and team feedback Bachelor’s degree in business, math, finance, economics, statistics, or related field preferred or relevant experience Experience with CRM and business management tools (ex: Salesforce.com, Asana, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Benefits and Compensation Equity plan participation Company‑subsidized benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts: healthcare and dependent care 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting Flexible Time Off Expected annual salary: $73,000- $96,000 (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location) 15% annual bonus, subject to company and individual performance Equal Employment Opportunity Redaptive, Inc. is an equal employment opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
