We are partnering with a growing general contractor, to find an accuracy-driven, hands-on Project Manager to lead safe, cost-effective commercial and government construction projects from the ground up. In this dynamic role you'll own every phase of the build—managing schedules, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders—while delivering work that meets contractual requirements and exceeds expectations. If you're a good-natured, collaborative leader who values integrity, accountability, and operational excellence, and you take pride in bringing projects across the finish line on time and on budget, we'd love to hear from you!Manage all phases of the construction project lifecycle from origination through closeout, including substantial completion and project closeout documentation.Lead buyout, vendor selection, contract negotiation and administration, and coordinate the timely procurement of long-lead items.Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules while obtaining and tracking all required permits, approvals, submittals, RFIs, and drawing/contract document revisions.Identify and manage change orders and their cost and schedule impacts, lead and document project meetings and stakeholder communications, and prepare and submit monthly owner invoices.Full Time – Monday through ThursdayCompetitive / D.O.E., includes health benefits, PTO, and paid holidaysBS degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.3–5 years of related General Contracting experience balancing multiple projects, with a concentration in the government/commercial sector.Current OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR credentials (or obtained within 30 days of employment); proficient with MS Office/Projects and current PM software such as Adobe, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and RedTeam.Accuracy-driven and detail-oriented, with a good-natured, collaborative, accessible, and optimistic approach to budget adherence and schedule coordination.Miami, FLFull Time; Direct Hire
