We are a small, senior team where the people closest to the work have the authority and responsibility to own outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a senior Salesforce architecture and delivery leader to own the technical direction, client relationships, delivery outcomes, team performance, and economics across complex AI and Salesforce engagements.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a portfolio-governance position several layers removed from the work. You will make and defend architecture decisions, lead executive steering committees, shape estimates and SOWs, manage delivery economics, handle escalations, and stay close enough to the technology to challenge designs and unblock teams.

What You’ll Own

• Lead complex Salesforce and AI programs from kickoff through production and account expansion
• Own solution architecture, data models, integration boundaries, security, governance, and Salesforce platform decisions
• Review designs and implementations, challenge technical assumptions, and sign off on major architecture decisions
• Lead executive readouts, steering committees, escalations, and critical client conversations
• Manage scope, estimates, staffing, utilization, burn, margin, forecasting, and change control
• Lead distributed teams across the United States and India
• Develop architects, project managers, engineers, and consultants
• Identify account-expansion opportunities and help shape the architecture, scope, and estimates for new work
• Improve Truffle’s delivery methods, including estimation, quality, incidents, releases, executive communication, and AI-assisted delivery

What You Bring

• 10+ years delivering enterprise technology programs in consulting or professional services
• 5+ years as an accountable architect, technical lead, or equivalent leader on Salesforce implementations
• A record of personally owning both architecture decisions and delivery outcomes
• Strong depth in at least two of the following: Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice or Amazon Connect, MuleSoft, Enterprise Integration platforms
• Experience designing complex enterprise architectures and defending technical tradeoffs with client architects
• Experience building estimates, work breakdowns, SOWs, and change orders
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams
• Strong understanding of consulting economics, including scope, staffing, utilization, burn, margin, and forecasting
• Executive presence with C-level, technology, and finance stakeholders
• Experience managing production incidents, difficult client conversations, and engagements that have gone off track
• The ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
• Active, practical use of AI in your own research, analysis, documentation, operating workflows, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or active CTA path
• Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, or Data Cloud credentials
• Contact-center or voice architecture experience
• Experience delivering AI agents into production
• Experience in a boutique or high-growth consulting firm

How You’ll Work

Truffle operates differently from a large consulting organization. There are fewer layers, significant individual ownership, and an expectation that decisions move quickly. You should be comfortable moving directly between executive conversations, delivery issues, and technical architecture while bringing recommendations, making tradeoffs clear, and moving decisions forward.

AI fluency is part of how we operate, not just part of what we deliver. We are looking for someone who already uses AI actively to research, analyze, document, operate, and solve problems. You should be able to show how AI has changed your own workflows and increased your effectiveness, not simply demonstrate familiarity with AI technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range is $190,000–$210,000, based on architecture depth and the scale of programs previously owned. The role is eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 25% of base salary.
