Go-to-Market Strategist (CSM)

Location: Remote initially, with a potential transition to hybrid in Miami, Florida, as early as next year.

About the Role

We're looking for a customer-centric, commercially minded Go-to-Market Strategist to help customers maximize value while driving adoption, retention, and growth. Acting as a strategic advisor who helps customers achieve business outcomes and scale their use of AI.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers across onboarding, adoption, growth, and renewal .
Build trusted customer relationships and lead business reviews, enablement sessions, and strategic planning.
Develop success plans aligned to customer goals and identify opportunities to expand usage and optimize workflows .
Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to proactively address risks and drive retention.
Partner with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities.
Bring customer insights back to Product and Engineering to help shape our platform and GTM strategy.
Become an expert in our AI platform and help customers adopt new capabilities, workflows, and best practices.

What You Bring

Required

2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Consulting, GTM, or SaaS-related roles
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
Experience leading customer onboarding, adoption, and growth initiatives
Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
Strategic, analytical, and customer-focused mindset
Comfortable with CRM systems, AI tools, and modern SaaS technology
Availability to support US customers during core business hours

Nice to have: Startup/SaaS experience, SDR or RevOps experience, familiarity with Salesforce/HubSpot, a passion for AI and automation, or additional language skills.
