Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from the initial consultation to placement.
• Act as a Strategic Partner, grasping client needs, pain points, and company culture.
• Source Candidates Strategically utilizing our bespoke CRM/ATS and your existing network and tools including our proprietary communication platform.
• Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to manage candidates, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Prioritize Permanent Placements that deliver sustained value for clients while maximizing your commissions.
• Contribute to Thought Leadership as we enhance both our brand and yours.
