What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with questions, payments, and general hospital communication
• Maintain accurate medical records and client information
• Coordinate daily appointments and support hospital workflow
• Help create a welcoming, organized reception area
• Work closely with doctors and the veterinary team to provide an exceptional client experience
