Customer Service Representative We're looking for bright, energetic individuals to join our Customer Service Team. Pay: Starting at $17.00 an hour, more with experience Schedule: The first 2 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm for training. Training is paid. (The length of the training class may be adjusted as needed). After training the schedule will be 9:00am-6:00pm. Schedule rotation: 4 weekdays and Saturday, then 5 weekdays with the weekend off. Specific Duties Responsible for competently responding to incoming, outgoing phone calls, pre-and post-delivery calls and email. Responsible for using My Service Center to create, maintain and resolve Customer Service issues. Responsible for maintaining an action driven To Do list and working the list to keep it current daily. Responsible for learning procedural, policy and system enhancements and adapting to changes as they occur Earning Opportunity: Salary starts at $17.00 per hour, more with experience Get Paid Daily.
