Product Development Excellence Senior AssociateThe Opportunity: As a Product Development Excellence Senior Associate you will support client work in operations consulting by helping analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and shape strategies that improve speed to market, reduce cost, and strengthen product quality within our Operations Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, manage assigned workstreams, and guide junior team members while using critical thinking, data-driven insights, and a broader view of the business context to navigate complex situations. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to product development and manufacturing projects by applying lean methods, examining supply chain integration, and using digital technologies to support process improvement and delivery of client solutions.Responsibilities:Analyzing product development and manufacturing workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesDeveloping strategy and transformation deliverables that improve speed to market, cost performance, and product qualityApplying product development, product lifecycle management, and product roadmap skills to support client initiatives across concept through launchDocumenting current-state processes and future-state operating models to guide operational changeInterpreting data and operational metrics to inform recommendations for product strategy and manufacturing improvementsSupporting lean manufacturing and supply chain integration efforts that align product development with downstream operationsUsing AI fluency and process documentation tools to improve analysis, reporting, and knowledge transferBuilding meaningful client relationships while anticipating needs and coordinating assigned workstreamsReviewing the work of junior team members and guiding task execution within defined project scopeDeveloping recommendations that reflect changing business context, client priorities, and professional standardsWhat You Must Have:At least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart:Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, ScienceDemonstrating product development or manufacturing strategy courseworkApplying process documentation and product lifecycle management skillsInterpreting data for product roadmap recommendationsUsing AI fluency to support ideation and planningAdapting quickly within client-facing transformation workTravel Requirements: Up to 80%The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
