Will work with entry level and more experience maintenance mechanics.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with air handlers, exhaust fans, and in room heat coils. Seek input from more experienced maintenance mechanics when need assistance with resolving issues.* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.* Adhere to all JMC policies and procedures.* Follow all safety requirements.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Team Member Competencies**Establishing RelationshipsBuilds effective networks, working relationships, and alliances in order to collaborate effectively within department and organization. Corrected vision, normal hearing. Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. This position will require standing, lifting, walking, and kneeling for extended periods of time push/pull up to 40lbs., carry and lift up to 75lbs.
