Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Marshall, MN
Compensation: $17.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00am-4:30pm | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators for a leading manufacturing supplier located in Marshall, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as the Production Operator:

• Operate equipment to perform alignment, masking, potting, encapsulating, epoxy, and color coding
• Read work orders, follow production drawings, and sample assemblies
• Tend to machine that wind, solder, and test components
• Perform online testing and inspection to ensure parts/assemblies meet production specifications
• Assemble components, attach hardware, and adjust/trim material to achieve electrical characteristics

What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:

• Ability to use a microscope for 8 hours daily and follow instructions
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to sit for an entire shift
• Willingness to work with small parts
