As a Production Associate at Marvin, you’ll help craft products that make homes better, all while working in a clean, bright, temperature-controlled facility. Every day is different, and you’ll stay on the move. No experience? We’ve got you covered with hands-on training and support. This is your chance to grow, advance and build a career you’re proud of. • Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.

Monday – Thursday: 

• Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm  Pay:  $18.50 per hour
• Evenings: 3:30pm – 1:30 am Pay: $21.50 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred) 
• Strong written and oral communication skills
