About Initio Capital
Initio Capital is hiring for this role and related opportunities across strategy, finance, business operations, technology, market research, and growth.
The Role
This is a remote, flexible role for candidates who want hands-on exposure to real business problems. You may support market research, sourcing, analysis, outreach, business operations, growth strategy, product research, and client-facing project work depending on background and fit.
What You May Work On
- Research companies, markets, industries, and opportunities
- Analyze business models, growth levers, and operational priorities
- Build lists, pipelines, briefs, memos, or structured recommendations
- Support consulting, finance, software, product, and business development initiatives
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, founders, or operators
What We Are Looking For
- Strong analytical judgment and written communication
- Interest in consulting, finance, technology, operations, entrepreneurship, or growth
- Ability to work independently and organize ambiguous information
- Curiosity, follow-through, and comfort learning quickly
