Forklift Operator

Job Title: Forklift Operator We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in a dynamic warehouse environment. This full-time position requires operating a sit-down forklift and utilizing RF scanners to manage inventory effectively. You will be responsible for handling various material movements including pushing, pulling, lifting, stacking, and loading/unloading trailers. Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift efficiently and safely. Push, pull, lift, stack, and move products within the warehouse. Utilize RF Scanner for inventory management. Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently. Perform inbound receiving tasks with precision. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space. Essential Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Experience with RF Scanner and hand scanner technology. Strong material handling skills. Competency in warehouse inventory and distribution automation system software. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 75lbs seed bags on a daily basis. Work Environment The work takes place in a heated warehouse dedicated to storing and shipping seed bags. Employees are expected to follow a Monday to Friday schedule from 5:45 am to 3:15 pm. The role involves daily physical activity including lifting seed bags, which can vary in quantity based on shipment demands. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $21.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
