Wir suchen neue Vollzeit-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Verwaltung & Backoffice - bis zu 100 % Remote.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche

Ausführung klassischer kaufmännisch-verwaltender und organisatorischer Tätigkeiten: z. B. Aufträge bearbeiten, Personalakten anlegen, Rechnungen erstellen, Zahlungen überwachen, Buchhaltungstätigkeiten, Bewerbermanagement
Übernahme von Sekretariats- und Assistenztätigkeiten: z.B. Reiseplanung, Botengänge oder Terminvereinbarungen
Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten: z. B. Anrufe annehmen, E-Mails beantworten, Angebote einholen
Verwaltung von Dokumenten: z. B. Ablage pflegen, Verträge prüfen, Daten in Systeme eintragen

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium
Für die technischeren Aufgaben ist keine IT-Vorerfahrung notwendig, aber eine gewisse IT-Affinität sollte vorhanden sein.
