Job Description Customer Service Representative - Mission Support & Service Operations At Teledyne FLIR Defense, our technologies help support critical missions for defense, public safety, and emergency response teams around the world. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in ensuring customers receive timely support, parts, and service while helping the team maintain efficient operations. What you'll do * Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone and email * Prepare spare parts quotations and process customer requests efficiently * Process purchase orders, contracts, and payments while ensuring compliance requirements are met * Generate shipping documentation and support order fulfilment activities * Coordinate closely with technicians, peers, and internal departments * Manage customer data and documentation for international return requests * Screen customers, systems, and transactions in accordance with trade regulations * Help reduce spare parts backlog and maintain service workflow efficiency * Process government receipts and shipments through PIEE * Maintain reports and support additional service-related activities as needed What you need * Required: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills * Required: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Required: Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail * Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications * Required: Comfortable lifting 20-30 lbs * Advantage: Experience in customer service or service operations * Advantage: Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems * Required: High school diploma or equivalent What we offer * Opportunity to support mission-critical technologies * Collaborative and customer-focused team environment * Exposure to global service and operational processes * Cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments * Technical and professional development opportunities * Stability of a global technology organization What happens next Applications are reviewed by the recruiting team, followed by a recruiter conversation and interviews with the hiring team. Salary Range: $44,500.00-$59,300.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
