Zhumas Roofing is looking for an experienced Cold Calling Specialist to join our growing team.
If you're confident on the phone, enjoy talking to homeowners, and know how to generate appointments through outbound calls, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Responsibilities:
- Make inbound and outbound cold calls to homeowners
- Follow up with existing leads and previous inquiries
- Schedule appointments for our sales team
- Update customer information and notes in our CRM
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude on every call
- Meet daily call and appointment goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling is required
- Experience with outbound calling (not just inbound customer service)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable handling objections
- Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Sales or home improvement experience is a plus
This is an on-site position in Billerica, MA. Applicants should live in Billerica or within a 20–30-minute commute. Candidates from nearby towns such as Chelmsford, Tewksbury, Burlington, Bedford, Wilmington, Lowell, and Dracut are encouraged to apply.
