Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nutritional care to patients identified with nutritional risk or special needs, including assessment and reassessment.
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and document all interventions in alignment with policy and standards.
- Deliver patient and family education on medical nutrition therapy and disease-specific dietary guidance.
- Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure timely and accurate nutrition-related care and documentation.
- Demonstrate competent clinical care with appropriate technical and decision-making skills to support patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Ability to perform thorough nutrition assessments and reassessments and to develop care plans in an inpatient clinical setting.
- Strong communication and education skills for patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and adherence to policy-based documentation.
- Availability to work a 5x8 day shift and participate in a 13-week travel assignment, with the ability to start on 09/07/2026.
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered nutrition care and maintaining patient safety.
